My work comes down to one question: why do some people love their work, and most don't?
Two years interviewing people who genuinely love their work showed me one clear pattern: they were agents of their own careers. But agency only sticks when the leaders, systems and culture around it support it. That's the AgencyBACkbone™ framework, and it sits at the centre of my work with leaders and organisations today.
I'm an author and speaker, with a background as a business psychologist. My first book, Let's Love to Work, is a guide for individuals building a career they love. My second, Let's Build Agentic Workplaces, publishes in autumn 2026.
